Pine Walks, Prenton build gets underway…

We are delighted to see that our extension design to a large detached house in the Mountwood Conservation area of Prenton on the Wirral is progressing nicely on site.

The Wirral peninsula has many varied areas of outstanding natural beauty and historic significance, and naturally it is the architect’s role to ensure that we work sympathetically with the borough planning office to ensure that any client ambitions don’t fall foul of the necessary criteria for developing within a conservation area.  The Pine Walks extension programme proved to be a complicated planning process and it is great to see this scheme finally being built to the delight of the clients and everyone here at Bryson Architecture.

As with all projects, we aim to ensure that your design ambition’s meet with required consent within any council planning restrictions and our proven track record of successful designs in conservation areas is wide and varied.

If you have a project that falls within a conservation area, as with any project, we would love to hear from you.  Call the studio for a free consultation on 0151 647 0371 or email studio@bryson.archi
