Building on success

Bryson Architecture has had an exciting last year with the completion of over 170 projects of varying size and complexity. Projects including new housing developments, home extensions, loft conversions, basement conversions, apartment conversions and restaurants, to name but a few, have been designed and completed by our dedicated team.

We have completed schemes throughout the North West, Midlands and North Wales. 72 of our projects have been single storey extensions to residential dwellings providing the client with a home to enjoy for many years.

We have also completed 25 Two-Storey extensions and 35 residential loft conversions, proving loft conversions are a popular renovation to create additional living space.

As well as extensions and loft conversions we have also completed 34 new build projects, for both commercial and residential clients, ranging from bespoke new build houses to affordable housing schemes for housing associations and private developers.

The projects completed which are of a more challenging, but never the less satisfying nature, are the 5 residential and commercial renovations, some which were in conservation areas. Buildings in conservation areas require a lot more skill and care to develop and navigate through the planning process. Bryson Architecture has lots of experience of working on conservation projects and relish the challenge of working within conservation areas.

Our team has also grown in the last twelve months from three to five members of staff and we believe we have a good blend of experience and knowledge to deliver successful and sustainable design schemes.
